PRECISION MOLD COMPONENTS · REQUEST A QUOTE

Get a Quote for Your Custom Mold Components

Tell us what you need made. A drawing helps, but you can start with a short description.

Precision mold inserts, cavity and core inserts, sliders, lifters and CNC machined components — reviewed around your drawing, tolerances and application.

A Few Details Help Us Get Started

  • Your component: a drawing, photo or short description
  • Technical requirements: refer to the drawing; add only exceptions
  • Project context: approximate quantity and target timing

Share only what you know. Open details can be clarified during review.

Need an NDA Before Sending Files?

Choose “NDA first” and share a non-confidential brief. We can discuss confidentiality before you send detailed drawings.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Request a Quote FAQ

Do I need to upload a drawing to start?

No. Choose “Describe my part” and add a short project brief. We can request a 2D or 3D file when the quote needs more detail.

Which files can I send?

Upload PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG or ZIP files — up to 5 files, 50 MB per file. Put STEP/STP, IGES, DWG, DXF and other CAD files inside a ZIP. If uploading does not work, choose “Describe my part” and tell us what files you have.

Can we discuss an NDA before sharing detailed drawings?

Yes. Choose “NDA first” and add a short, non-confidential brief. No file is required on this path. We will contact you about confidentiality before you share sensitive details.

What helps you prepare a more accurate quote?

Provide a current 2D drawing and matching 3D file where available. Do not retype material, tolerances or finish already shown on your drawing. Add any exceptions, quantity and timing if known; otherwise leave them to be confirmed. Identify the drawing revision and units, and flag assembly-critical features. Share only what is available now; open requirements can be clarified during review. See our machining capabilities and custom mold component families for context.
